Owner correction (2 Nov 2026 ~23:10 IST): "the startup coach is a software product where a user gets levels to qualify to next level, check all notes and all sessions". The boss had been treating P5 as "a website". It is **Proof Forge** (repo C:\ct\proof-forge, public GitHub FChecklist/proof-forge, live proof-forge.pages.dev, release 1.0.0+769aba6, noindex, access by paid link + passphrase vault) sold through the coach site (C:\ct\rajatsir-site, live rajat-agarwal-startup-coach.pages.dev, rajatsir.com DNS not switched).

**What it is:** 12-step tap-only founder programme, no AI, runs in the buyer's browser, server stores ciphertext only. Rs 19,999 per startup, earned back (half at Step 9 = money in bank >= 25% of funding target; all at Step 12 = sales/raise/margin >= 50% of targets), punchline "Rs 19,999 to start. Rs 0 if you win". Each step ends in a mission with real proof (witnesses outside the founder) and a gate; the next step opens only when the gate passes. Gamification: XP, 9 levels (Dreamer, Questioner, Tester, Validator, Operator, Pitch-ready, ... Earner), stars, badges, coins; points follow truth/proof/grit, no leaderboard.
