Programme terms

Version 1.0. Draft for review by a lawyer before wide use. Payment is made to IT Services by Rajat Agarwal (Rajat Agarwal, sole proprietor) through Razorpay.

1. What you buy

Access to Proof Forge for one startup per seat: a 12-step programme that runs on your own phone or laptop, with your data locked so only you can read it. You pay ₹19,999 per startup (no GST is charged). One payment can cover up to 5 startups, one vault each. Seats are limited each month.

2. What we do not promise

We do not promise that you, or anyone, will raise money, grow sales or make a profit. Funding is decided by funders. Nothing in the programme is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for the truth of what you submit.

3. How your payment can come back

  • You set three targets in Steps 1 and 2: how much outside money you will raise (your funding target), your monthly sales, and your net profit margin. After Step 2 they lock. They can be raised, never lowered. There are minimum sizes.
  • Refund A, ₹9,999 per startup: when the money in your bank account, confirmed by those who funded you, is at least one quarter of your funding target (the Step 9 gate).
  • Refund B, the remaining ₹10,000 (₹19,999 in total): when, at the Step 12 gate, all three hold: your sales over the latest 30 days are at least half of your sales target; the money in your bank is at least half of your funding target; and your net profit margin is at least half of the margin you set.

Refunds are paid to the payment method you used. The payment gateway does not return its own fees on the original payment, and we do not pay them back.

4. What counts as proof

  • Money raised counts only when the funder confirms it and it has reached your bank account, with bank proof. Your own money, and your co-founders', does not count. Money from people who know you counts, but at most as much as the money from strangers (so at most half of the total counted).
  • Sales are money received from customers in the latest complete 30 days, checked by an accountant, with at least 10 customers confirming they bought, at least 70% of them strangers, no single customer above 40%, and no more than half from people you know. You upload the sales ledger and bank statement.
  • Profit is stated by an accountant for the same 30 days, after every cost (goods, staff, rent, fees, returns, tax, interest).

5. The audit

A person audits every claim before any refund is paid. We may ask for the bank statements, ledgers, agreements and papers you relied on, and may contact the funders, accountants and customers who confirmed. We aim to finish the audit within 15 working days of a complete claim and to pay within 7 working days after that. A false, forged or circular claim (for example money that came from you and went back) ends your refund rights and may be reported.

6. Your data

Your data is yours, locked on your device. See the privacy notice. If you lose both your passphrase and your recovery code we cannot recover your data. Deleting your vault means a refund you have not yet claimed cannot be claimed afterwards.

7. Rules

You must be 18 or older. One seat is for one startup. Do not share your access link: it is your key. We may change the programme to improve it, but a change will not take away a refund you have already earned. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Questions or complaints: rajatsiroffice@gmail.com, +91 96503 97480.
